About myself

I have previously worked in restaurants, member club pro shops and propriety club pro shops as well as various sales positions across 3 industries. More recently I would visit between 700-800 clubs a year and speak with managers about what was working well and challenges they were having at their clubs.

What you love about your job

In my current role, I get to help clubs improve, through data and best practice. I feel we are helping clubs move the needle in regard to improving the levels of customer service they are delivering. We run fantastic networking events where we get to strengthen existing relationships and make new ones.

What you have learnt from our data

Many clubs are blinded by what they think they are delivering and what they are actually delivering. Although subjective feedback is very important and should be used in the right way, objective data will give you hard facts as to whether processes are actually being followed.

I got to a green belt in Judo when I was younger and played roller hockey among other sports.
