59club Announces Nominees for 2026 UK & Ireland Service Excellence Awards

59club has announced the nominees for its 2026 UK & Ireland Service Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding customer service across the UK golf industry.

The awards ceremony will take place on 26 March 2026 at the Celtic Manor Resort, bringing together leading golf clubs, resorts and industry professionals from across the UK and Ireland.

Widely regarded as the benchmark for customer service performance within golf, the 59club Service Excellence Awards are based on independent mystery shopping data and in-depth performance analysis. Nominees are selected for their consistent delivery of exceptional service standards across the entire golfer journey, from first enquiry to post-visit engagement.

With a diverse range of operators, 59club continue to reflect the best performances regardless of a venue’s size, scale or profile, with 5 of the headline awards being segmented in to categories based on the green fee being advertised.

The 2026 nominees represent the highest-performing clubs and individuals within the UK golf sector, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail and a clear commitment to enhancing member and visitor experiences in a competitive marketplace.

Will Hewitt, General Manager of 59club UK & I said:
“These awards celebrate those within the golf industry who consistently set the standard for service excellence. To be nominated from a portfolio of over 260 venues is a significant achievement, and we look forward to recognising the success of this year’s nominees at Celtic Manor in March.”
