Graduating from the University of Salford with a BA(Hons) in Leisure Management, Will has gained over 25 years’ experience in senior management roles with a number of the leading hospitality brands in the UK: David Lloyd Leisure; Marriott International; and former European Tour and Ryder Cup host venue, The Celtic Manor Resort, where he led the team to the coveted Ultimate Resort accolade at 59club’s Service Excellence Awards in both 2015 and 2016.
Will joined 59club UK at the start of 2019 and has overseen the rapid expansion of the business to over 220 partner venues.

During an 18 year career at The Belfry Hotel & Resort where Matt held the positions of Operations Manager and Head Professional, his passion for elevating service standards, sales performance and operational procedures; saw The Belfry recognised as 59club’s ‘Ultimate Golf Resort’ for their performance under his direction.
Since joining the 59club in 2013, Matt has worked with a varied portfolio of properties all over the world, working closely with Owners and Management to deliver tailored training content, aimed at enhancing sales & customer service levels across all aspects of their business; supporting such education with 59club’s wealth of market leading performance measurement & management programs.

Graduating from the University of Birmingham with a BA(Hons) in Golf Management, James has over 10 years of Management experience, gained in the UK through Marriott Golf and Farleigh Golf Club (part of the Foxhills Collection) and in the Middle East at Yas Links Abu Dhabi (host venue to the DP World Tour Rolex Series).
James has a unique position in our organisation, having worked with 59club in 4 very different venues, he collected numerous Service Excellence accolades as well as the prestigious Golf Manager of the Year Award.

With a background in the premium Leisure and Hospitality sector spanning over 20 years, Alice has previously held Sales and Retention Management positions with Mark Warner, David Lloyd Leisure, Hilton and most recently The Mere Golf Resort and Spa, where she spent 11 years as the Head of Golf and Spa Membership.
Prior to joining the team, Alice achieved significant success as a 59club client, winning numerous individual and team accolades at the prestigious 59club Awards, demonstrating excellence, both individually and with her team over a sustained period.

Andy plays a pivotal role in 59club’s global expansion, initially managing all overseas development and latterly supporting all newly appointed 59club local divisions in their infancy.
His vast experience of 59club products & services, along with an extensive career working within Private Member Clubs, Leading Groups & Resorts such as Crown Golf and The Belfry Hotel & Resort; has perfectly placed him to support the delivery and analysis of all 59club performance management tools, across a varied range of client properties.
